Without the ability to offer physical touch, I have refocused my treatment offering to help you to take better care of your skin at home. I start by assessing your skin type and concerns. I can also give advice and help you find the products that will work best for you. I can even give a tutorial to teach you how to use your products to create your own at home facial – completely bespoke to you.

TREATMENTS
I offer a range of treatments including Facials, LED Phototherapy and Skin Peels. Indulgent Massage, Advanced Clinical and Sport Massage, including Trigger Point and Myofascial Release, as well a Pain Relief Clinic, Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) and Spiritual Reconstruction Therapy (SpR).
MEDIK8 Facials
I have chosen to use products by Medik8, a cosmeceutical company based in the UK. The ‘8’ represents the brand’s eight core values: simple, tailored, clean, professional, free-thinking, artisan, technology and ethical.
The products are made by hand in the UK and all are vegan. They contain active ingredients with technology which penetrates the lowest level of the epidermis (the basal layer) where the cells are made and work their magic.
Setting Medik8 aside from most skincare companies is its technology: bioavailable ingredients, chirally correct molecules, chemical penetration enhancement, therapeutic concentrations, time-release delivery systems, enhanced stability and Ph balance. Medik8 is proud to have been able to patent their best technologies and breakthroughs in skincare.
These facials liberate skincare customers from the choice between results or experience.
Skin Peels
Peels have evolved so much with all the extensive amount of research that has been carried out. Medik8 is at the forefront of this and have just launched their new Peels:
All Medik8’s peels are optimised at pH2.2; its all about balance, low enough for maximum active acid and penetration, no lower is needed, to minimise excess irritation.
The Peels all have Arginine as a main ingredient; it is an amino acid that helps to time release the hydroxy acids down through the skin’s Epidermis to the basal layer. As with all Medik8’s time release products it reduces the chance of irritation.
The Acids work by breaking down the bonds of the corneocytes, increasing cell regeneration, destroying weak/damaged skin cells and producing new healthy skin cells and boosting fibroblast activity. At the same time the skin’s proteins react with the acids in the low pH and coagulation (tightening) occurs.
Medik8 offers various Chemical Peels to help with Anti-aging, Pigmentation and Blemish prone skin.

Massage
I will let you into a little secret, I love giving massages almost as much as receiving them - being able to help people out of pain. I love learning and keep adding to my tool box: I am trained in Swedish Body, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones and Jing’s ACMT - Advanced Clinical Massage - a combination of East meets West, a listening touch and a clear understanding on Anatomy; incorporating Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Level 4 Sports Massage, Level 5 Clinical Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myo Facial Release, Acupressure Points, Stretching and providing Clients with Home stretching techniques to aid with the healing process. Being able to stretch during and after the Massage treatment helps the blood flow back to the area where trigger points (Knotts) have been causing issues, aiding with he release of these adhesions.

The Spiritual Restructuring system includes working with your High Self Committee, dowsing with a pendulum, testing and correcting muscles and other imbalances in the the body, nutritional guidelines, techniques to reduce emotional stress and restructuring for the brain and mind. In addition, clearing the mental, emotional and physical bodies can provide a complete and total renewing of the whole person. SpR works well with soft tissue treatments aiding with pain relief and holding the healing.
Spirit of Hemp Experience
CBD oil has been given a lot of press of late and rightfully so as its effects can really be life changing. CBD is amazing but it is also the Terpenes, flavonoids and other molecules within the Hemp plant that if combined create a wonderful synergy of healing the body. Spirit of Hemp goes the extra mile to create products using the whole plant.
Wax
I use Outback Organics for all wax treatments. These botanical products contain natural extracts from the bushlands and forests of Australia. Outback Organics have been developed with the award-winning specialist waxer and educator Andy Rouillard and aim to make waxing treatments as natural and pleasant as possible. Outback Organics products are not tested on animals and are free from harsh synthetic chemicals.

Massage can be a one-off treatment for relaxation and rejuvenation, part of healing process with musculoskeletal pain, an enduring pathology or as part of a maintenance programme. All this can be discussed before the treatment or during the assessment.
Hot Stones can be added to your massage to warm the muscles and aiding the release of tension, adhesions and to calm the parasympathetic nervous system.

'Fix in Six' Jing advanced clinical massage
Fix in Six goes a long way towards being healed and a return to normal activities. All treatments are bespoke to your pathology and/or needs - and include Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hot stones, sports massage techniques and influences from the East in Thai Shiatzu massage and acupressure points. A couple of exercises will be given as homework, to be carried out between treatments, aiding with the effectiveness to heal.

Consultation:
Chemical Skin Peels can be carried out on the Face, under the eyes, the neck, decollate and hands. One can only do one area at a time but all of the below Peels can be carried out on the area’s you wish to target.
All Peels need to have a consultation 2 weeks prior to the Peel taking place and this will include a test patch for the Peel that is to be carried out. You will be given Retinol 3, C-tetra intense and Hydra B5 to use leading up to the Peel preparing your skin to give you the best results.

Hello. I’m Isabelle, the founder of Beautiful Therapies.
A little bit about me… I did not start my career in Beauty Therapy but there was alway a deep interest in Beauty and Well Being… I have always loved good skin. Somehow when your skin is good, it gives one a confidence boost. I have watched people, I know, really suffer emotionally with various difficult skin conditions. For me it, I have fair freckly, sensitive skin and knowing what I know now, realise I did not treat it, how it should have been treated.
A simple facial can bring so much satisfaction, and series of facials, Peels, Phototherapy or a new skincare regime can bring major physical and emotional change.
A would say a huge percentage of the population love massage… a one off massage can aid in relaxation or a series of massages benefit more in-depth problems… I have trained in several types of massage and learn from each massage I give...
I trained in all aspects of Beauty Therapy and originally offered them at Beautiful Therapies but now have decided to focus on my passion - skin and body work.
My ethos at Beautiful Therapies is to provide the space and the treatments for people to relax, restore and rejuvenate. I have spent years training in all the services I offer and researching the beauty industry, looking for the best products and services available. I have sourced products which are cruelty-free, ethical, have a low environmental impact and are free of chemical nasties, some organic or vegan. The learning never stops and I will always keep on updating and adding to the treatments I offer...
I’m proud to have returned to my roots to establish Beautiful Therapies. I was born and raised here in Forest Row, in an alternative community. I rebelled with a career in property, moved to London and then Cornwall, and started a family. But my heart and soul have always been in beauty and wellbeing, and now I’m back where I was born, doing what I feel I was born to do.
